Is the universe deterministic? How can we explain this?
Yes it is deterministic from the higher geometric vantage point. From the lower physical vantage point, the universe is stochastic. This comes from the fact that the universe is two dimensional or flat. One can either view the universe from above or from below. From the higher vantage point, the universe exhibit geometric properties. Geometric properties are immutable, permanent, unchanging. On the other hand, physical properties, which is the view from a lower vantage point, are contingent, and ephemeral. Matter responds to heat and other physical factors. For example matter changes its state from solid, liquid or gas, according to temperature but this cannot be applied to geometry. We cannot apply heat to a triangle.. for instance. There is a distinct break between the mathematical principial realm of geometrical archetypes (ideal shapes) versus the realm of ephemeral, contingent physical manifestations. The former takes precedence over the latter because principle take precedence ov
