Between the range of minus infinity and infinity, only a minuscule range exhibit visibility to the human eye.

Look up! The universe displays its two dimensionality in full resplendence. 

Why does the visible range of light occupy only a small range lie in the infinitely large light spectrum?

Is the earth special or especially chosen or "built to order"?

Three dimensionality is an illusion. Three dimensionality allows for physicality - mass, weight and time - which are an illusory in nature. Time is associated with decay and death. 

Anything which decays and die does not have substantial reality. Physicality does not have substantial reality in it. 

Why is that so? 

Answer lies in consciousness and beauty.

Fibonacci proportions are beautiful. 

Don't be fooled by physical appearances. 

It plays tricks on your minds. Stick to principles (of geometry) which are immutable, unchanging and honest.
